We value your business and ask that you respect these policies. When you miss an appointment, not only do we lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 72 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
If you fail to confirm your appointment, via text confirmation or email confirmation prior to the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge you the last minute cancellation fee.
