Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and kindly ask that you respect our policies. When appointments are missed, it not only impacts our schedule but also prevents other clients from securing that time slot.

Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable, we request a 48-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. This ensures we can offer the slot to someone else who may need it.

If you fail to confirm your appointment via text or email prior to the scheduled time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge the applicable last-minute cancellation fee.

You Glow Studio reserves the right to apply a 50% last-minute cancellation fee for any appointment not canceled with at least 48 hours' notice.

No-Show Policy

When you book an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you. Failing to show up without prior notice or canceling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in:

  • A charge of 50% of the full service amount to the card on file.

  • Potential removal from our client list.

 

Clients with three consecutive cancellations or reschedules may be terminated from our practice to accommodate clients who can better commit to their scheduled appointments.

Due to our limited availability, we encourage you to book an appointment only when you are certain you will be able to attend.

We greatly value your business and appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide efficient and reliable service to all our clients.

Late Arrival Policy

Punctuality ensures we can provide you with the full attention and care you deserve. We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to settle in. Services are carefully timed, and arriving late may result in a shorter session to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of others.

Refund Policy

To maintain the integrity of our services and products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures fairness to all our clients and maintains the quality of our offerings. If you experience an issue with a product or service, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us, and we are committed to providing exceptional service.
